Common Fold Kennels is a boarding kennel based in Tyldesley, M29 8ND, listed on Wigan Council’s register of licensed animal activities.
Common Fold Kennels & Cattery is a family-run business on farmland near Tyldesley that has been boarding pets for over 40 years. The purpose-built kennels are heated in colder months. Dogs usually have their own kennel, though two can share on request, and each dog is exercised on its own in a secure paddock and grass area.
Cats stay in a separate cattery away from the dogs. Extras include collection within about eight miles and grooming, either during a stay or as a separate appointment. Special diets can be catered for. Vaccination certificates must be shown on arrival, and visits to look round are by appointment.
